hello I challenged myself to a quick 10 min shuffle excercise and it was SO HARD!! i started with the bunny sticker and had to build smthg from scratch in 10mins. i didn't want to take the "easy way out" and repeat the same things a bunch of time but I realized that repetition is so important and I shouldn't consider it "easy"-- placement and size also matter and take experience!! #repetition #new #bunny #carnation
