This one's gonna be controversial but it's true. What people call "grunge" isn't grunge. Music wise, grunge refers to Seattle's underground music scene. Fashion wise, grunge is anti-fashion. True grunge fashion is whatever you have at your local thrift store. That's all the grunge kids of the 90s had, and they still slayed.
