If you are wondering what a ESSA is, it stands for Emotional Support Stuffed Animal, and they help people that have Anxiety,Depression,Autism,Phobias,etc. My ESSA helps me with my Social Anxiety and some Phobias. Anyone can have an ESSA, And an ESSA can BE anything,Sharks,Cats,Dogs,etc. technically an ESSA can only be a stuffed animal but people can still have ESI (Emotional Support Item) or an EST (Emotional Support Toy).
